As you can see, the new gut check protects basically the entire front of KKR from the neck down, including underneath him, which I've tested and is a fairly solid means of dealing with a certain newly added character with an up+B that doesn't snap to ledge.

This could also be big against any opponent that tries to shark ledges or rise above to hit you intentionally when recovering.

Speaking of buffed Kounter, i've stumbled upon an interesting interaction: https://youtu.be/saLfw7FFD78?t=312 .

Now, im not sure how did that work in :ultkrool:'s favor. No mater how i look at the image above, it doesn't make sense to me. Did we miss something and we actually got an interesting punish for all Dairs in the world, or it's just some weird interaction here?

Good find...

And I'm not versed well enough in how hitboxes work to know what happened there, but I'm inclined to believe that, if the frame on which a collision is detected hits the belly armor in addition to the rest of him, a counter will happen.

Though, I invariably feel like that should've hit his head first? Maybe someone who understands this better can chime in, like Zapp Branniglenn Zapp Branniglenn .

Just bumping it up because i see another example of what i've posted before (and with Bowser again, hm): https://youtu.be/6DPv8H1AGEY?t=63. I guess it's because of Gut Check intangibility frames?

Also, may i just point out i love the way that guy is playing?
