New Custom Game Mode: Heavy Metal Smash

The basic idea of this is that most characters just can't recover or even jump. I've played quite a few games like this and it's actually really fun, since you dont flinch on most attacks until around 200%.
One note is that if you play this with friends, ban Yoshi because they are OP if they camp at the ledge and spam Neutral Special it's very hard to actually attack them or do anything.
My favorite characters to do this with is Ganondorf and Jigglypuff
