*face palm* I appreciate the thinking outside the box, but that would be a disgrace to Doc, and I'm a Doc main...don't assume he's out just yet...FLUDD could be redone on Doc (don't know how, but Sakurai might), and he'd still make a good Mario alt costume

lol and Doctor Mario isn't an absolute joke? None of them should be in, but Paper Mario has a more unique moveset and his franchise is far more popular, so if there is one, it will be him.

1. That would eliminate the uniqueness of PT.
2. Why would he control the viruses? It's like having Link in the background controlling Ganon.
3. Doctor Mario isn't returning.
4. We don't need a second Mario. Unless it's Paper Mario.

There has been plenty of time to give Doc a fresh moveset. I see where you are coming from with the Paper Mario aspect, I'm just clinging to some hope here. I know it's a longshot, but what can you do.
