Just got PM and I wanna continue playing Puff as she is my main in Melee. Was just wondering whether her neutral game (i.e. nairs and fairs for spacing, etc.) was similar or whether entirely new neutral has been established for her.

Neutral game w/ PM Puff?

She's pretty much exactly the same. Play her as you would.

Dash attack is a better option on low shields because you can continue shield pressure with a Gatling Combo (dash attack hit -> then input up-smash quick), still not your best move though.
Reverse Aerial Rushs have some uses if you want to bair forward or fair backwards...
The 1 frame momentum delay could influence timings a little bit.
Those are nuances though, play her as you would normally in 99% of cases.

You can DACUS with her now, and do a Gatling combo.
Sing is now bigger and could potentially be used from the ledge better.
Both of these things are there, but have not really been consistent in the metagame.
