Netplay problems at university

So I'm having trouble with netplay sorry if this is in the wrong sub, but I'm at school and it wont let me connect person to person I dont think. So I was just wondering for some trouble shooting tips because I want to stream netplay at my university but everytime i try to connect to someone or vice versa it just says failed to connect. If anyone has this problem let me know or if anyone knows a fix for it.

I think some college campuses specifically block p2p services like what's used for netplay. If you want to find out if that's the case or if there's a way around it, you'll probably have better luck on the Faster Melee discord in the help area.
