Need some help with neutral game

Hi, I just started playing Ice Climbers. I know some basic tech like wavedashing, wavelanding, and I have done some cool desync combos. However, my experienced friends can easily read me. My usual opener is a wavedash into grab/jab grab while creating space until that opportunity comes. Now that my friends know my strategies, I can never win. They can go marth or someone like that and play super aggressively and I can't find an opening in which to grab them or even use an aerial.
I've seen some pro gameplay of Ice Climbers, and I see pros using Nana to blizzard while Popo goes in for a smash/grab. Could someone tell me how to do that? If you also know more ways to approach, that would be appreciated.

asking for neutral help is kind of uh...vague

there's not much you can do other than play friendlies or ask about specific scenarios

as to the nana blizz thing, you basically just have to desync the climbers and queue a blizzard. the easiest way to do this is to spot dodge and hold down B while invincible.
