Need help with my tag

[elmex]

Goin to my first tournament in two weeks and since i use elmex everywhere else (like smashladder, steam, twitter...) i also wanted my smashtag to be elmex.
But then an evil thought came to my mind
What if that would be illegal..
I mean the elmex toothpaste had the name before I had it.
Pls someone help me :<

Make it elmX. Then it also fits as your ingame tag (with melee having only 4 characters for names)
