Need help with controller on melee on doplhin

hey, everything works fine except that I cant hold smash attack on my c stick, if I hold it, it only does a no charged smash attack, I can charge it with L stick + normal attack but not the C stick. Here is my controller configuration

That's how it's supposed to work in melee. If you want to charge a smash attack with the c-stick, you will need to press z at the same time. Otherwise, the smash attacks will always be instant.
