Need help against my worst matchup

As stupid as this may sound, I need help against Samus and Dark Samus. Yes, I play Samus myself.
I am optimistic that I have a ditto winrate of 0 %. I get the feeling the enemy D/Samus is always faster, has longer legs and her projectiles are better.
I noticed that in advantage, it's quite easy to keep the momentum going. From disadvantage, due to all the trap options she has, the stock is almost guaranteed to be lost. So never get to disadvantage?

Please help me.
