Names for Ike's attacks

I thought this'd be a nice side-project for the Ike boards, naming all of his moves, all the cool characters have been doing it (Captain Falcon and Ganondorf).

Ike's Specials should just be named Aether etc imo.
Suggest some stuff, you can do all the moves at the same time for what I care .

While I question the worth of this I did have a similar conversation with my friend a while back. Apparently, according to him anyway, I used terms like Fair/ Bair/ etc for everything except Ike's Uair, Utilt and Usmash. For those I use the slightly ridiculous terms Helicopter, Bunny Hop and Death Rainbow. Yeah, it's weird.

First of all, this won't work as well for Ike as it did for Ganon/Falcon. Ike has plenty of simple "sword swing" moves.
Second, you should start having discussion sections for each move so you can organize and collect thoughts together.
Third, get a better title like the Ganon's.
Fourth, think of more...poetic, or unique names. For ex: Ganon's jab: Skull Tap

I haven't played that game, but I suppose that makes Helm Splitter inappropriate. In any case, some of those names are from other games: Open Slash is from VP:CotP, Ascension and Round-edge are from Dissidia (though in that case it wasn't intentional; I didn't realize until later), and Cross Slash is from FF7.

We will all call all of Ike's attacks by these names from now on AND scream these names whenever we use them in battle. No arguing. Failure to comply will result in making Friend Computer sad, and you wouldn't like Friend Computer when it is sad.

Dsmash/b has worth, they just have to be mindgamed in. ^^ and Up B isn't all that easy to gimp, you just have to mix and match your aether heights to throw them off. :D Haha, I agree with fsmash's secondary name xD

haha, whenver i get the fsmash kill, you get varied comments, normally along the lines of 'dayyyum' but by far the funniest was when i ended the game with an fsmash on siri, he just looked at me and said 'you cant **** about with ike'

but ye, i think the u-air's permanent name is the helicopter or somethnig along those lines. the b-air is the overweight ballerina (see:how to play brawl like a man) for some reason i called the f-air the flyswat...no idea why.
but i think everyone knows the legitimate name for his jab though
