Now that the Forum is flooding with rosters, i would like to make my own. (i'm sorry if this offends you in any way)
Alrighty then....
Mario Series:
-Mario
-Peach
-Luigi
-Geno or Bowser Jr. (I would prefer Geno)
-Bowser
Comments: I really think that 5 mario reps is enough. 6 is possible, and i would (most would) prefer it myself, but the character amount isn't like 50, so i decided to cut to either Geno or BJ as newcomer. Luigi is pretty obvious.
Zelda series:
-Link
-Zelda
-Ganondorf
-Vaati, Midna or WW Link
Comments: I can't think of more than 6 possible characters. And the most appealing to me is Vaati. he is a villain, and brawl needs more of 'em. Midna has only starred in 1 game. WW Link doesn't appeal to me very much. But he has chances as much as Vaati. I think Midna would be a great AT.
Yoshi series:
Yoshi
Comments: Yoshi series isn't big enough as its own series, so I think Kamek has lovely chances as an AT or Boss in SSE. Sorry Kamek-fans
Metroid series:
-Samus
-ZSS
-Ridley
Comments: Out of Dark Samus and Ridley, I chose Ridley. Because he has been in WAY more games, and Samus has a personal grudge against him. Tho Dark Samus also has pretty good char, because imo Metroid deserves 3 reps (I really don't count ZSS as a rep). So Either Ridley only, or Ds with him.
Wario series:
-Wario
Comments: No Ashley. Just because she has her theme in the game, doesn't mean shes a char. Good AT material perhaps.
DK series:
-DK
-Diddy
-K.Rool
Comments: K.Rool has pretty good chances as a char. He is heavyweight, and is a bad guy. Brawl needs both. Now that we have 2 kings already, the third would one would be awesome also =)
Kirby series:
-Kirby
-Meta Knight
-King Dedede
No comments really. Sakurai added the most remarkable chars already. Nice.
Fire-Emblem series:
-Marth
-Ike
-Micaiah
Comments: Marth is pretty reasonable. He is the main char in the first FE, and some others also. Ike is confirmed, and Micaiah is female char, that Brawl needs, so i don't see a reason not adding her, as Lyn is an AT.
No Black Knight. Sorry ppl. Imo, he would be too much like Ike in weight and jumping etc. Tho, he would have a cool moveset. Boss for SSE perhaps
NOTE: I don't know much about FE-series, so this is my opinion.
Pokemon series:
-Pikachu
-Pokemon Trainer
-Mewtwo
-Jigglypuff
-Lucario
Comments: Mewtwo is pretty reasonable. He is a'' bad guy'' and Brawl need them (again). Lucario would also be a great addition, because of his popularity and fighting style. Jiggs is pretty much confirmed, as he was in the 2 previous installments.
So we would have 5 pokemon reps. Sounds good to me
Retro-chars:
-Ice Climbers
-G&W
Comments: No Sukapon. Sakurai has shown a ''dislike''for him, so i don't see him coming. Takamaru is Japan only and starred in one game. Chances are pretty tiny imo.
Starfox-series:
-Fox
-Falco
-Krystal
-(Wolf)
Comments: Falco is the luigi for starfox. Krystal is a female and important to the series.
Wolf would be a great addition imo. They could make him a very different moveset from Fox's one. But they could also make him an AT or Boss (perhaps unlockable one?). IDK
Other series':
-C.Falcon
-Pit
-Olimar 37
Comments: No Lip, no black shadow... I don't see them coming. Olimar is the only one that is pretty remarkable.
And last, but far from least...
3rd party:
-Sonic
-Snake
-Bomberman, Isaac
Comments: Megaman, is basically deconfirmed already. Bomberman has slight chances. Also, i don't know if i should consider Isaac as 3rd pary, but from what i heard, he could be a cool char.
40 characters in total. Comments?
