Angry Scientist is like the anti-thesis of the Joker. While Joker is Mad, Angry Scientist is so insistent he isn't mad. He seems really dope. Does he use a sheep powered ray-gun?

He uses his angry weapons to help General Specific try to catch the sheep needed for the ray gun (to no avail of course)

If you haven't seen Sheep, most of the humour is just puns, idioms being taken literally, and puns being taken literally - the show's creator went on to write Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, and it really shows with how creative the word usage is. I'd hate to be the guy who had to translate this show's scripts for foreign languages.
