multiple online accounts

Uh... you just play man... for online you just choose your name... there is no accounts, you just click 'wi-fi' and play

can multiple names be used online on the same console, and still have stats tracked and all that jazz

but friends will be tracked i suppose...

Yep it's likely that the name of your Mii will be used and your mii will be shown.

It's not XBL, there is nothing to be tracked. You play, you finish, and it's not recorded anywhere. The name used doesn't matter, and unless you are playing a friend code, no one will even know it's you.
