I have been studying Void's Sheik this past week and he sometimes shoots a group of needles, stops, then throws a few more after without charging again. How do you do that?

I went back and looked... he just shot a fully charged needles then charged a few more then shot those

Seems very O P T I M A L. But seriously, it's a nice strat to squeeze out every last percent.
