right now I,m stuck between maining puff, ice climbers, or fox.
as puff I feel like I have space animals and slidy chartcers down well enough that it,s mangeable, but struggle againast falcon, sheik, and marth more than needed. but really I lack the hard punishments I could/should go for
ics- feel easier to use against marth/falcon, but i,m more or less stuck with appling what they need to do and i,ll have to stick with them for at least a year before I can expect real results so keeping them under the back burner for one or 2 niche match-ups while working them is possible, but i,d rather go all or nothing for someone.
Biggest problem with them is as fox/puff I have better di because I can buffer asdi more and I aim to sdi about every possible cghance but as ics there,s too much buffering for other stuff or I can't mash B while buffering great asdi and preapring to sdi. but I love how they have a 1000 gimicks that overlap to be used in every case. like watch ics dittos and notice that lack of a pattern because they kindof mold around each other more noteably.
Fox lets me abuse my hard reads more with less results, but I can really abuse his platforming with ledge cancels and bairs. like I knock someone onto a platform and they sheild I can bair edge cancel to a nair to kick them when they slide off.
but I lack exp against anyone who isn't fox or a low tier
