Hey yall, I only just started using marth as a secondary. Two, probably dumb, questions but can marth moonwalk like Falcon and falco? And if possible what are its applications in game?
Side note: what controls are you more consistent at ken combining? For example: using Forward direction+A for the fair, before c stick for the dair? Just wanted opinions.

So you can moonwalk a little bit after walking in a direction. So like walk left, then slam right and loop left and you'll moonwalk a tiny bit. It's pretty useless outside of style.

I use Z jump so Cstick all aerials.

Every character *can* moonwalk, but not all of them have a *good* or *usable* moonwalk. If you're going for a moonwalk, you probably plan to style anyway, so you could try moonwalk > edge-canceled dair on a recovering opponent...but you have to realize that the point of moonwalking (other than style) is to produce backwards momentum. RAR and even the fact that Marth can turn around with bair and side-b will render moonwalking useless, difficult, and unnecessary

You can walk up to ledge and then moonwalk to ledge. That's the only time I ever use moonwalk at all.

I'm sure ken combo inputs are pretty flexible overall. I claw to get fast aerials out with all my characters, Marth included. Others do different things. Just find what works well for you.

His moonwalk range is nothing like captain Falcons and lucarios if I'm even doing Marth's correctly...
Thanks for the tip tho
