Yeah, there's a Brawl semi-tourney sorts going on at the IC. Anyone going? I am...

I don't know the details yet, unfortunately, but I'll listen out for anything.

I still need practice (and actual cash), hence I stayed out. I got schooled with superior Sonics, ROBs, and an Ike to boot. I saw some epic Lucas action though.

Pretty depressed that I had to deal with the same "LOL NO KILL MOVES FOR SONIC" bull****. Both he and Metaknight have always lived by the mantra "lrn2chase" and nobody does it.

Had fun being a pool leader, and i'd be happy to do it again next year. :]

Went better/faster than last year's melee tourney.
Got compliments for being the only bowser there.
Salt and I both agree that having a tourney for a game thats only 6 days old is both ridiculous and hella fun.

...and bowserciding 112 to a sudden death made that entire day for me.

yup that was me I had accually picked up meta knight that saturday morning at around 6 am. I first lost to Desu, the really good DDD and then I lost to Elliot the really good Ike. Very close matches and very fun. Hopefully I'll do better in future tournaments and make a much bigger name for myself. I love playing as mk competitevly because people say its near impossible to kill with him but he's the perfect character for my fighting style.

just going on what people tell me here, like when I say "I play as Meta Knight", I always get "how do you kill with him?"

of course imo, yoshi is the hardest to kill with, but thats only because I suck as yoshi

I had prior plans, and Momocon kind of snuck up on me. I would've felt like a jerk if I canceled on a couple friends of mine.

Ah, well; I'll just have to test my mettle on the awesome GPC crew in one of the upcoming tournaments.

OH! and do u guys know when the MLG tournaments r gona b held? for melee it started like 3 years after melee itself came out so i hope it will b about 3 years for brawl too. gota get some practice in and find some glitchies :D
