Modifying Characters Dash speed in Crazy Hand / Hex editing HELP

Hi all, I'm trying to change certain characters running/dash speed and dash/turn/friction etc to be faster. EX: trying to make Yoshi's initial and normal dash higher similar to how it is in Smash Ultimates attributes. But when I change it I noticed on Dash Dancing in game the character stutters or won't turn around at the right time..is this because the run/dash animation became faster than other frame animations?? Please help
