Modding help

I`m trying to load up CH4OS using SDCafiine. I`m putting the folders in what I think is the exact right order (SD/sdcafiine/titleid/CH4OS/content/), but it still just boots up the vanilla game.
The guy on the help discord has stopped replying.
Please help I`ve been trying to load this stupid mod for around 4 and a half hours
why is modding Sm4sh so hard
I got brawl minus running in like 10 minutes
