I've noticed that my Charizard seems quite cramped on stages with a lot of platforms, so I figured it might be a good idea to brush up on easy autocancels that help PT get around. Here's a video that shows it off--

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cD8eeniFCy4

If something isn't covered in the video, it will be underlined in this post.

General Info

Squirtle: When a platform is too high to U-Tilt and too low to fullhop double U-Air, the best way to harass an opponent's shield is shorthop U-Air -> double-jump retreating D-Air.

After a fullhop immediate D-Air, you can attack with another aerial right before you hit the ground or airdodge -> Jab. It's a pretty useful bait and a decent mix-up.

Ivysaur: If you use an aerial Up-B and land on a surface before you go into your helpless animation, you will land without any lag.

Charizard: If you fullhop D-Air, it will hit all non-crouching characters through platforms. Does not autocancel on a platform, but you can fastfall it as soon as possible to autocancel on the ground.

After an autocanceled B-Air/F-Air, you can avoid and punish some retaliation well by F-Smashing afterward, due to the leaning back. Flamethrower is a safer alternative that doesn't KO but isn't easy to punish if you misread. A shield can get punished by following up the autocancel with a grab. Good mix-up.

Neutral Stages

Battlefield

Squirtle: Fullhop U-Air safely pokes at opponent on the top platform. You can actually get two U-Airs out, then immediately double-jump and get two more U-Airs.

U-Tilt will safely hit opponents on the left and right platforms.

Ivysaur: Fullhop F-Air, B-Air, and U-Air all safely poke opponents on the top platform.

Charizard: If you run off a platform and B-Air immediately without fastfalling, it will autocancel when you hit the closest surface (from top to left/right or left/right to ground). Strict timing.

If you fall through the top platform and fastfall B-Air/F-Air immediately (keep holding down and C-Stick the aerial for an easy time), it will autocancel when you hit the ground.

If you fall through the top platform and N-Air immediately without fastfalling, it will autocancel when you hit the ground.

If you fullhop N-Air, it will autocancel when you hit the closest surface (from ground to left/right platform or left/right to top). This also hits underneath the platform, but only on medium/tall characters. This will also safely poke characters on the top platform if you start from the ground.

Yoshi's Island (Brawl)

Squirtle: Between the various heights, U-Tilt and shorthop U-Air can safely poke an opponent on the platform.

The stage's slants make Forward-B difficult to anticipate/punish.

Charizard: Between the various heights, shorthop N-Air and U-Tilt can safely poke an opponent on the platform.

At most heights, fullhop D-Air will not land on the platform, but it comes close, so it might useful to bait a punish.

Lylat Cruise

Squirtle: U-Tilt will safely poke opponents on the left or right platform.

Charizard: If you run off the center platform and immediately B-Air, it will autocancel when you hit the ground. Also works on the side platforms if the stage isn't tilted.

Fullhop D-Air will not land on the center platform if the stage isn't tilting. Might be a useful bait.

Castle Siege

Squirtle: Fastfall F-Air will cause you to slide on any slanted ground.

Charizard: Fullhop immediate B-Air/F-Air will autocancel when moving to any higher platform.

Counterpick Stages

Pokémon Stadium 1

Squirtle: On the Normal stage, U-Tilt will safely poke opponents on either platform.

On the Grass stage, U-Tilt will safely poke opponents on the right (tree) platform. Fullhop U-Air will safely poke opponents on the top platform.

On the Rock stage, fastfall F-Air on the slant in the middle will cause you to slide forward.

On the Water stage, fall through the center of the windmill when the platforms are diagonal, and you will get stuck in the center of the windmill. The platforms function as walls, so you can't be sent flying. You can jump or hold Down to get out.

Ivysaur: On the Grass stage, U-Tilt will safely poke opponents on the low center platform.

On the Water stage, if you use Bullet Seed underneath the windmill, it will push you left.

Charizard: On the Normal stage, if you run off a platform and B-Air immediately without fastfalling, it will autocancel when you hit the ground. Strict timing.

On the Grass stage, fullhop U-Air will safely poke opponents on the top platform. Fullhop D-Air will not land on the middle platform, so it might be useful as a bait.

On the Rock stage, if you run off a platform and B-Air immediately without fastfalling, it will autocancel when you land two platforms below the height of the platform you ran off of. Strict timing.

On the Water stage, if you run off the middle platform and B-Air immediately without fastfalling, it will autocancel when you hit the ground. Strict timing. If you use Flamethrower underneath the windmill, it will push you to the left.

Pokémon Stadium 2

Squirtle: On the Ground stage, fastfall F-Air on the left slant will cause you to slide forward.

On the Flying stage, shorthop D-Air -> shorthop D-Air is lagless.

On the Electric stage, U-Tilt will safely poke opponents through any of the platforms.

Ivysaur: On the Normal stage, if you fullhop immediate N-Air from the ground and fastfall as soon as possible, you will autocancel on either platform.

On the Flying stage, shorthop D-Air -> D-Air will autocancel. U-Air will make you fall especially quickly.

On the Ice stage, Razor Leaf, Bullet Seed, and U-Smash out of a run will continue to slide. Razor Leaf and Bullet Seed can be B-Reversed.

Charizard: On the Normal stage, if you run off the side of either platform and B-Air immediately without fastfalling, it will autocancel when you hit the ground.

On the Ground stage, if you run off the side of any platform and B-Air immediately without fastfalling, it will autocancel when you land. Doesn't work if on the left platform if you land on the dirt mound.

On the Flying stage, fullhop D-Air is very safe, and can be followed up with B-Air or F-Air.

On the Electric stage, if you run off the side of the left platform and B-Air immediately without fastfalling, it will autocancel when you hit the ground.

On the Ice stage, if you run off the lower side of either platform and B-Air immediately without fastfalling, it will autocancel when you hit the ground. Rock Smash out of a run will continue to slide and can be B-Reversed.

Delfino Plaza

Squirtle: On the Roof area, shorthop U-Air from the areas next to the center will autocancel.

On the Stairs area, fastfall F-Air will slide you forward.

Ivysaur: On the moving parts of the stage, if you face toward the center of the stage and use Up-B while underneath and just below the stage, Ivysaur will still grab the closest ledge. If an opponent grabs the ledge, you will do the Up-B attack and land on the stage.

Charizard: During the moving parts of the stage, if you run off the lowest platform(s) and B-Air immediately without fastfalling, it will autocancel when you hit the ground.

On the Pillars area, ledgehop B-Air will laglessly land on any pillar.

Halberd

Squirtle: On the flying portion, the stage's slants make Forward-B difficult to anticipate/punish.

On the grounded portion, from the ground, U-Tilt will safely hit opponents on the platform.

Ivysaur: On the flying portion, if you face toward the center of the stage and use Up-B while underneath and just below the stage, Ivysaur will still grab the closest ledge. If an opponent grabs the ledge, you will do the Up-B attack and land on the stage.

Charizard: On the flying portion, if you fullhop N-Air from the side of the stage, it will autocancel when you land on the platform. This also hits underneath the platform, but only on tall characters. If you fullhop D-Air from the center of the stage, you will not land on the platform. Might be useful as a bait.

On the flying portion, if you fullhop D-Air from the center of the stage, you will not land on the platform, but it comes close, so you may be able to bait a punish with it.

On the grounded portion, from the ground, shorthop B-Air will safely hit opponents on the platform. If you run off the platform and immediately B-Air without fastfalling, it will autocancel when you hit the ground.

Frigate Orpheon

Charizard: On the part with a left platform, fullhop immediate B-Air/F-Air will autocancel on the left platform.

I added annotations to the video, so that people don't have to keep moving back and forth between the video and this thread. In doing that, I realize that there were a couple wording issues, so I fixed them. Also, a couple of the points in the OP weren't in the video, so I marked them in this thread.
