Obsolete? Absolutely not. It's getting phased out because the F-35 is cheaper to make and also just plain better but it'll still be in use for quite some time. What a lot of people don't know is that making even one aircraft is extremely expensive (like hundresd of millions of dollars), so the military is going to use that money wisely and try to get as much mileage out of their aircraft as they can. The air force still uses B-52s and C-130s, aircraft from the early Cold War era, alongside their new stuff like F-22s and F-35s. Obviously those are bombers and fighter aircraft demands more current technology, but the point remains in fighters too - look at the A-10, it's been used since the late 70s.

So no, the F-22 is definitely not obsolete, even though you should probably expect them to be phased out once enough F-35s are in production.

That's almost a guarantee. 10 years from now is not enough time for technology to advance to the point where Financially that goal would be feasible AND enough aircrafts had been developed/deployed by that time frame. Better would be maybe 2030+. It's not that far off in the Horizon IMO, but 10 years from now no I don't see that changing.

UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) are pretty much only used for reconnaissance. There will always be a need for manned aircraft.
