Can you confirm/deconfirm these changes?

• Slash Launcher (Side 2) start up reduced 17 → 13 frames
• Chakram (Side 3) end frame reduced 62 → 52
• Shuriken of Light (Neutral 2) damage values increased 1.2%/3.2%/4.8%/8.8% → 2%/4%/6.5%/10%

I rarely rarely ever play Mii Swordfighter but this guide is pretty good, might help get started on great pocket character.

Also, I believe Stone Scabbard has invincibility frames around frame 4. I am not certain how long it lasts.

(Shuriken of Light too for a few frames on startup)

How do you precisely measure this data? It's patch 1.1.1 and I'd like to find some changes if there are any.
