So, A few days ago I heard someone on what I believe was GameFAQs talking about subsets for Mii Fighters. By this, he means that there would be different ways to play each class, with 3 subsets for each class. He gave the example of a Fencer, which obviously would be a Swordfighter, which would have weaker but faster attacks and would have Marth's down tilt. I Personally think this a great idea, although I doubt how much Nintendo would embrace it, and how unique each subset would be from another overall.
I have a few ideas of my own for subsets. Maybe for Swordfighter there could be a Knight and an Assassin (although I doubt how well that would work it, it sounds cool :awesome:) as well as a Fencer. For Gunner, the only thing I could think of is Snake, and I know that's not happening, LOL. For the Brawler, I was thinking of Brute, and it would have around the speed and attack of :ganondorfmelee:. Tell me what you guys think in the comments down below.

(BONUS: If there was to be a Mii Magician, what could be its subsets?)

What I really want to see is a Mii Gamer, with moves taken from actual Mii games such as Penguin Slide (Wii Fit) for its dash attack and being abducted by aliens (Wii Play target shooting) for the up special.
Looking at subsets though:

Mii Swordsman: Fencer and Knight already exist to an extent with the "custom" specials but they could easily be differentiated further. Assassin would also be a cool addition, including shorter range moves (long dagger instead of a sword) with a focus on sneaky movement options (think Shadow Sneak), traps and back attacks.

Mii Fighter: Champion/Brute for close range and grappling, Martial Artist for quicker, more reactive fighting with a movement focus and Acrobat for an aerial specialist.

Mii Gunner: Commando for the gadget-based gunner. Think if Snake were a cartoon character. Buccaneer for more of a cannon type, large blast radius style. And Futurist for more of a Megaman meets Fox kind of deal.

Mii Magician: Summoner for slow, beefy magic using assists. Elementalist for large blasts with the expected attribute focus (think PK Fire). Sorcerer for the long range everything else.

You made some great points and ideas for Mii subsets, and the Gamer idea is very interesting. I hope others acknowledge what you said.
