If you live in the Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, or Flint area of Michigan and have been looking for local Smash Ultimate tournaments and offline practice near you, here it is!
Tri-City TriHard is Mid-Michigans premiere weekly, and host of other events such as weekly smashfest and regional tournaments as well.
What is it?
Tri-City TriHard is a weekly tournament series/namesake of the scene primarily involved in it. We are a region belonging to the Mid-Michigan Smash region, which has traditionally been nearly non-existent. Roughly a year ago this weekly and scene was cultivated from a group of friends in a trailer park. Now we are one of Michigans most prominent threats, and most active sub-regions. We also host a repeating regional event called Tri-City Free Water with much more preperation and investment every 2-3 months.

When is it?

• 05:00 PM - Doors Open, Setup begins
• 05:45 PM - Check-in Opens
• 06:00 PM - Smash Ultimate Doubles Bracket Begins
• 06:50 PM - Check-in for Singles closes
• 07:00 PM - Smash Ultimate Singles Bracket Begins
• 11:30 PM - Tear Down Begins
• 11:45 PM - Venue cleared
Every Wednesday from 5p-12a. We also have smashfests in the Alumni Lounge every Friday focusing on coaching and hardcore improvement from 7p-2a.
How do I get involved?
We have a Facebook Page where we discuss and organize our weekly event pages, rules and room changes, and make announcements. We also have a Twitter page that regularly advertises and posts results, and any other important info regarding the scene. Lastly, we have a Discord where we make announcements, match up for wifi, and other stuff. Minimum of $5 must be paid to assure proper prizing/PR eligibility.
How do I enter?
To enter you can show up in the Alumni lounge anywhere from 5-6 to enter doubles, 5-7 for singles, or 5-8or9 to enter Amateur bracket(a secondary bracket specifically for low placing players or new players). Doubles can be free or $1 depending on interest, and Amateur bracket is free.
Singles bracket is $3 venue fee and $5 entry. Up to $3 can be earned off in discounts! These discounts are listed in the rules.
