I remember a while ago hearing about how cactuar and others suggested using a metronome to practice dash dancing to a rhythm to get better. Does anyone know the tempo and the T.S that is the beat for practicing dash dancing? I'm trying to not just mash back and forth, I want a smooth dash dance and I know this a way to help. Anyone have the info I need?

I have the feeling it will depend on which character you play.

I'm also pretty sure you should just figure out the tempo so that your character uses the maximum distance of his Initial Dash

I don't think so, not every character can dashdance at the same "tempo". Unless metronome practice is done with a character specifically. IDK

Every character can dashdance at the same tempo except Sheik. Every character, going at the same tempo, will get a max distance dash dance AFAIK. Idk the metronome marking though.

each character has a different timing for dash becoming run. g&w & sheik's are especially low (8 or 9 frames iirc), fox/falcon/marth's are especially high (16 frames)
