Pretty simple, which of metaknight's attacks comes out the fastest for punishing rolls and other

and does anyone have a MK frame data chart, or know where I can look at one

Kurogane Hammer is basically the place for frame data TBH.

Though if you're talking about punishing rolls, etc. sometimes the fastest move isn't always the best. In MK's case, his fastest move is D-Tilt and even though there are 1/2 confirms off it, it might be more beneficial to go for a safer move, a move with a better follow-up, or just a move with better area coverage than D-Tilt, so I'd also recommend learning punishes with a well-placed Dash attack, or even Tornado in some cases.

Hope this helps!

Punish Rolls with Dair. Frame 4, safe on shield and can put them into a tech situation at mid range percents.

Frame 8 counting the 4 frames of jumpsquat - assuming you're grounded and not punishing from the air with movement or something.

Probably just best to learn to use dash for roll punish in general though: More active frames, generally better coverage, faster from ground (1 frame difference matters a lot. lol), better confirms, just overall better. The only downside is it's way more likely to be unsafe, but if you're punishing properly, you should be hitting.
