I'm all up for MK discussion but just for the sake of pointing out his openings and what you can do about them.

What I mean is, if you made this thread just to prove that MK can be defeated, then you really didn't need to.

Well yeah because I want Sonic to be one of the first low tier characters to defeat MK so he can be more respected also has anyone made a conclusion from the threads I brought or do I need to bring more threads?

The actions are good, but the causes are iffy lol.

There are low-tier mains who have defeated MK players - that's not rare, especially when the MK player doesn't have the matchup experience against that low-tier character. I'm not sure how you can make Sonic "one of the first low tier characters to defeat MK".

Trying to make people respect a character or raise their opinion on tiers or something like that - that's not really something you can do through this. The best way to make someone respect a character's capability is to beat someone with it, place well in an offline tournament, or beat a player with an amazing rep with yours. Sure, it's satisfying sometimes to hear someone say "lol look he's maining Sonic. SONIC? Really? Hahaha" then by the end of the matches freak out about how Sonic is such a good character and look stupid in front of everyone else, but it's just a side bonus lol.

However, a MK-Sonic matchup thread is a good thing, in light of MK's popularity in tourneys.

At the least, you shouldn't be losing to MK players that are worse than you, as do many people who don't have the matchup experience.

As usual you post good points anyways I defeated a MK in a tournament in the doubles tournament like I posted in the wi-fi thread that CiTH made but you're right when it comes down to it's exp. and thanks for what you said about the MK Sonic thread and I will post my doubles tournament results here espicially if there is a MK.
