Request Melee Bowser act out of Down+B like in Project M?

Hi all, I'm sure this has been talked about on some post before but I couldn't find anything on it. Anyway, I remember playing a hack where Bowser could jump out of his Down+B in midair like in Project M. I believe the change that was made was in the Move Logic in CrazyHand. Any idea how I can do this? Thanks much!!

You'd have to add a "Fall" function to the move, but the problem is that you'd be able to Down-B indefinitely, so a code is needed.
