Last I checked Sakurai hasn't even asked Capcom for him yet. So unless he is just making it first then asking I doubt it will happen. IF capcom went to nintendo and asked them to put in megaman like "people" did with snake that would work too. But as of now no he is not in it. (i don't know who snake is owned by)
