Where does he live? Better yet, who lives remotely close to me? I'm at VCU in Richmond and Sova apparently isn't from SoVa so I don't know where anyone is.

SOVAman lives in reston, so pretty much near the beltway.

Basically the farthest down that any smashers in the MD/VA area is Fredricksburg, then the rest of the smashers in VA are in SOVA.
