● Game Settings for Singles 1v1: 2 Stock, 6 Minute Time Limit, Items Off, Equipment Off, 2/3 Games
● Game Settings for Doubles 2v2: 3 Stock, 8 Minute Time Limit, Items Off, Equipment Off, 2/3 Games
● Amiibo’s are banned for Singles & Doubles.
● Order of events:
1. Pick characters
2. Stage striking
3. Custom move selection
● Custom moves are allowed. Only using the EVO 2015 Custom Move presets

* Treated as Final Destination in banning phase. If Final Destination is banned, Omegas are banned and vice versa.
● First stage is decided by "Smashville?" or mutual agreement.
● Stages following is decided by full-list stage strike. Use this if needed:

● Winning player is not locked into the same character for the next match, but has to pick before loser selects character.
● You may not choose a stage you have already won on unless mutually agreed to.
● You may not play on a stage that is not on the available stages list. This will result in a double disqualification.
● Maximum allowed time between games is 60 seconds. Any player violating this rule will be issued a loss.
● There will be no loading anything on to the consoles from a Nintendo portable gaming system.
● Pikmin Amp is be banned. (EVO 2015 Rule)
● Allowed controllers:
1. Wii U Pro Controller
2. GameCube Controller
(EVO 2015)
3. 2DS/3DS/3DSXL/N3DS System°
4. Any Official Nintendo Licensed Compatible Controller with Smash Wii U°
°Banned at EVO 2015, but are allowed at DVDA.
Tournament Format:
+ Singles will have 16 or 32 pools total run as a 2 matches round robin pool where the top 2 advance into the final Top 32 or 64 Double Elimination Bracket.
+ Up to 128 entrants, there will be 16 pools total. Beyond 128 entrants would have 32 pools total.
+ All matches in round robin pools are 2 matches, and the top 2 advance.
+ All Top 32 or 64 Final Bracket matches are 2/3 except the following which are 3/5: Winners Semifinals (WSF), Winners Finals (WF), Losers Semifinals (LSF), Losers Finals (LF), and Grand Finals (GF).
+ Doubles will be a double elimination bracket.
+ All Doubles matches are 2/3 except the following which are 3/5: Winners Semifinals (WSF), Winners Finals (WF), Losers Semifinals (LSF), Losers Finals (LF), and Grand Finals (GF).
