I know this is uber-unlikely however not impossible. A person on twitter and youtube known as Mr Buddy has came up with that idea and I wanted to expand upon it.
Reasons:

Reasons:
- He represents a new battle style in pokemon being Battle Royal
- He would be a wrestling character and have wrestling moves
- He is shirtless
- He is not a pokemon
- He isn't iconic or overly popular
Ideas come from Mr Buddy but I borrowed them to make a moveset.
B - Submission - He grabs the opponent and rolls over them
Up B: High Jump Kick - He jumps high up and kicks down hard
Side B: Seismic Toss - He dashes and tosses the opponent up into the sky
Down B: Flying Press - When in mid air, he would dive down
Final Smash: Malicious Moonsault - Exactly how it is in Sun/Moon
