Marshmallowman's Low-Mid &Low Tier Tournament!​

This is going to be a pretty basic tournament, with the only unique rule of Players can only use low tier characters of course! The low tier's will include E-G tier. for those who don't know the entire tier list, here are the characters allowed:

Rules
Stock:3 (5 for Finals)
Time Limit: 8
16 Man Tournament

• All items are turned "off" and to "none"
• If a suicide move is used and it is sent to sudden death, the player who commenced the suicide will be the inner
• Stalling is banned
• Meta Knight's infinite cape glitch is allowed
• If the time limit is reached, the winner is decided by amount of stocks left, then by the player's %
• If both players decide there is too much lag, try again the next day. if it is still bad, pm me and i will decide the winner by coin flip
• each round will have a MAXIMUM of 7 days to be completed. no exceptions.
• the first stage of each match will be a random neutral, with each player aloud to strike 1 neutral stage. after the first match, the loser decides which stage the next match will be played, with the other player aloud to ban 1 stage.
• This is a Double Elimination tournament, which means if you lose once, you still get another chance. lucky you.

I find it weird that you're calling it a low tier tourney when Sheik is not officially considered low tier. Do whatever you want, I'm just saying.
