I don't know if you've ever BEEN to Huntington Indiana. But trust me, you really don't want to be. It's the most dead gaming region in the world... right now I am literally the smash scene in this town (and barely, at that). It used to be better but everyone lost interest. Including me.says who

I suggest playing a different character vs DDD then.
Play Lain, and here's what you want to do. Space with aerials and get him offstage and gimp him in like 20 seconds then avoid the grabs like I failed to do. **** that **** up and make him be like "osht your way better than xero"
Your going to have to pull a Brood on M2K and predict everything if you wanna win, which is ridulously hard to do and I haven't seen or heard of a Mario who's taken atleast a round off M2K yet.. Xero pretty much hit on the dot on how to fight Lain. Fireball camping as well camping a platform can help. Just be careful because Lain can still grab you on a platform and send your stock away like it was nothing (I ****in hate ICies.) With Shugo I have no idea because I forgot who he is xD.
Against Lain, as an ICs, I would just platform camp, hit him in the air and rack up damage like that. Take no risks. Shugo I believe uses Falco/Sonic

. Mario has all the stuff to beat any character (except game and watch, he beats us in EVERYTHING) but people like Metaknight, Diddy, Falco, ROB, we have the tools to fight pretty much every character, we just have to play really smart in order to utilize everything. I've even discovered some new AT which I don't understand completely which allows Mario to do a short glide toss/wave dash (about Diddys length) using his fireball. I still don't have a good grasp on it though and I can't really pull it off in battle.
G&Q is definitely not Mario's worst MU. MK and Marth are both significantly harder.I refuse to believe that
I don't use FLUDD against G&W. I just play really really safe.
. Snake is honestly the most annoying match-up for me, I asked 1000x for help on that, and I still lose it xD.
Heh, I personally think he's probably #1 in MW period, but yeah... That being said, he's not unbeatable in the ditto, but you had better know that MU REALLY well if you want to beat him.
