Marill
Probably the lot of you are definetly having a WTF moment when looking at this thread, but all I ask is that you hear me out. Marill, or Pikablu if you'd still like to call it that, has been one of my favorite Pokemon for quite some time now. While relitively popular, Marill's never been at the top of the popularity hierarchy where Pikachu and Jiggles reside. Although, it does have its fans. In Melee, Marill was a simple Pokeball Pokemon, and I am totally fine with him returning as such, but I totally think he can be something a lot more.

B: Bubblebeam - Marill shoots out an endless spray of bubbles all focused into a small beam. Similar to Bowsers' Flamethrower, except in a straight line. It does decrease the more its used. The more damage the foe has, they make get stuck in a bubble.
B>: Focus Punch - Marill stands idle for a few seconds before unleashing a powerful punch. Has short range, but has incredible knockback and KO worthy.
B^: Water Spout - A geyser forms underneath Marill and shoots him straight up into the sky. Has relitively good range, and makes up for his poor jumping skills.
BV: Aqua Ring - A ring of water swirls around Marill and restores 1 Hit point every two seconds. Can be interrupted at anytime, like Ness' PSI Magnet.
A: Slap
AA: Doubleslap
AAA: Headbomp - After the second slap, Marill lightly hops and bangs its head on the foe.
AV: Tail Whip - Marill extends his tail to the side to swipe the foe from underneath their feet.
A^: Up Top - Marill extends his tail to over his head, similar to Pikachu and swipes in a clockwise motion.
A>: Spin Kick - Marill spins and side kicks whoevers closest.
Smash A>: Headbutt - Marill takes a step back then rams its head foward. Good damage and decent knockback.
Smash AV: Four Arm - Marill curls into a small ball then unleashes both its arms and legs out in a quick strong motion. Little damage and small, if any knockback.
Smash^: Somersault Kick - Marill gets on his hands and then kicks up with both his feet and tail. Good Damage, Good Knockback.
Taunt: Says its name and wiggles its ears.
Final Smash: Huge Power - Marill's ability from the Pokemon games exclusive to its evolutionary line. Marill glows a bright blue and can now access his final smash. Marill can perform all of his regular attacks, but they now have double the power. This lasts for 30 seconds until it wears off.
