Whats up everyone! I'm back and the break is over! if you havent already i strongly advise you to getting added to the West Texas Smash Hub and check out the past few announcements i've made already. Its going to be a good one so if you're free come on by and test your skillz!
Venue
Dobby's Magic is a new card playing shop that just opened up in January. There will be absolutely no outside food or drink and the venue fee is only $2
Schedule
12 p.m. - Registration & Friendlies
1 p.m. - SM4SH doubles
3 p.m. SM4SH singles
(If you do show up anytime before an event starts you may still register for it for those of you who may show up late)
Event Fees
Venue Fee - $2
Singles - $5
Doubles - $10 ($5 per player)
Setups
We're going to need as many setups as possible! I can't stress enough how important this is. A full setup consists of a TV, console, and game. This will be a Bring Your Own Controller event as well so try not to come empty handed. If you are bringing a setup for Sm4sh for Wii U we will only be using systems that have all the characters unlocked so come prepared

2 Stocks (3 stocks for Doubles)
6 Minutes (8 minutes for Doubles)
Items set to "off" and "none"
No customs
No miis
Pause disabled
Team Attack on
Share Stock is legal
All controllers are legal, but if you are using a wireless remote be sure to unsync or remove batteries when you're match is over, otherwise you will be penalized
You may not choose a stage you have already won on unless mutually agreed to

- Battlefield*
- Final Destination**
- Smashville
Counterpick Stages (winner gets 1 ban)
- Town & City
- Dreamland 64*
- Omega Stages**
* Treated as Battlefield in banning phase. If Battlefield is struck, Dream Land 64 is also struck and vice-versa.
** Treated as Final Destination in banning phase. If Final Destination is banned, Omega Stages are banned and vice versa.You may only choose the following omega stages: Suzaku Castle, Wily Castle, and Midgar.
Stages not mentioned on this list are BANNED!
Additional Info
Feel free to leave to get food but only do so during breaks or if you're not playing. If you do not show up 5 minutes after your match is being called, it will result in a loss so choose your timing wisely. Outside food or drink is not allowed. Not responsible for any lost or damaged material and once again this is a BYOC event so you are responsible for providing your own controller.
