Making Custom Rainbow Costumes

I'm new to smashboards and I couldn't find help anywhere else on this topic. i was wonder how you would go about making custom rainbow costumes for different characters for when i play Legacy XP Rainbow mode. I put the melee style captain falcon costumes from the Smash 2 mod over the default brawl captain falcon costumes.

Here's the melee style falcon from smash 2, now how do I make melee style falcon look like rainbow falcon from Legacy XP shown here.

Have you tried using my material copier? (Copying rainbow falcon's materials onto melee style falcon) If you use this (In conjunction with Brawlbox 0.71 only; it's a typo in the included tutorial that I have to fix)
