Make a Cartoon Network roster to compete with Nickelodeon: All Star Brawl

For this thread, the goal is to basically make a Cartoon Network fighting game roster similar to Nickelodeon All Star Brawl. You can make your roster however you like it. You can go over your reasonings, add stages to go along with each fighter, and even have an honorable mention section if you like (only optional). The only rule/challenge is that the roster size has to match with NASB (22 characters). You can come back again and again to update or make a new roster.

That's your roster, you can do whatever you want.

However, as far as I know, Cartoon Network doesn't own any of the Adult Swim characters, they only broadcast their shows. So, they're like third-party characters in Smash who have a lot of Nintendo console appearances. So, even if you add Shaggy or Flintstones, they would be guest fighters, not CN characters.

I know I sort of have a lack of villains, but as a sort of entry into the series I think it's a fair pick. Though there's a few guest fighters, I feel like they'd be fairly realistic in terms of being able to include them, with only really Optimus being a bit iffy for me. I also had to really restrict myself on the [adult swim] characters, so I felt that Space Ghost would work as a sort of rep for the whole thing, as well as fitting quite well stylistically with other characters here. As much as a teamup of the Aqua Teen Hunger Force would have been cool, Space Ghost seems to fit better in my opinion. I also considered characters like **** Dastardly, but he'd probably fit better in a sequel.

As far as Warner Bros, all I really want left is Teen Titans, Metrix and Mortal Kombat.
