Halloween is coming. And we all know Luigi's Mansion can have a very creepy atmosphere. For instance, two windows on the mansion form eyes, and let's not forget the old shadow trick. What else can creep you out about said game?

The game never really scared me or creeped me out except for a ghost I wasn't expecting to pop out but I did enjoy the dark lonely atmosphere it had. I haven't played it but judging from footage I've seen Dark Moon seems to be lacking the atmosphere of the original. Oh well, at least it looks fun. Also shouldn't this thread be in The Light House?

Dark Moon had a more humorous atmosphere. The beta of the first was very dark. Just look into my profile picture's eyes... OOOOOOOO..

Luigi's Mansion's atmosphere never really scared me. There may be a few jump scares here and there and the atmosphere is pleasantly silly and spooky.

Well, some forlorn, longing emotions when I entered Chauncey's room and his battle were evoked from me. It's hard to describe, but you feel kind of sniffly when you're in a playful, childish setting and something off-putting is going on in there. Really just makes me reminisce to the times when I was a little kid and life was innocent as it seemed.

Oh, and **** Bogmire! That boss was a pain in the neck.
