Relating to his appearance in the Mario Tennis games, I'd think it'd be cool if Waluigi's Up-B was him swimming upwards towards the stage. It could probably be a multi-hit attack, but whatever works for him and makes him balanced is what I care about.

At about 1:22, Waluigi does the swimming animation that I think he should have for his Up-B. And maybe you can make his Whirluigi power strike an attack as well.

I'm so glad someone finally tried to make a playable Waluigi. He's so badass. <3

A playable Shadow is on the top of my list with all chaos powers, but this is cool

On top of IndigoFenix's ideas, how about giving him the ability to reflect projectiles with his tennis racket , hilarious, annoying, and fits the game he was in, having the racket spawn and disappear like Peach's itmes on her sidesmash would be ideal

I think you should use peaches tennis racket move which is side a as waluigi's side a because he has the tennis racket why not let him use it an also if you accept requests these are the assist trophies and eneimes or just people i think you should make in the future

Knuckles(From Sonic) you absolutely have to put in the game and if you can you would be an absolute god
Koopa(Green Shell)(Replace Squirtle) all you have to do is make his eyes upward more
Last but not least and the most intresting
Huey/Riley (from the boondocks)(yellow alloy) That would be the most intresting

He's making a program to insert our own models into brawl, if they meet certain requirments(like, we can't have Snakes Model from MGS4 in brawl)
But the other thing is made with a program called brawl box that allows us to swap models.
