Yeah, it looks like him, but its so blurry it could just as easily be Mario in a different color.

I think it's actually Wario's green color change. You can see his distinctive nose.

That's definitly Luigi, Luigi has a thinner face than mario does. There's no doubt in my mind that that is Luigi.

If you look carefully you can see the shape of luigis hat and you can see some brown which looks like luigi's sideburn.
It's unbelieveable that it could look so much like Luigi and yet not be luigi.

I posted this on brawlcentral yesterday. And yeah it indeed looks like Luigi. (It could be squirtle or ivysaur..tho)
I'm unsure whether or not the picture is fake...
Either way, I thought it was quite clear that Luigi is an inevitability.
He'll likely be a hidden character, but I think you'd have to be quite mad to think he wasn't coming back.
It looks more like Squirtle's shell being all green or something.
I doubt it's Luigi, but it's possible...but I can't picture why Nintendo would put Luigi in that snapshot.

A) Squirtle (notice the shell)
B) Ivysaur (because its green?)
C) Mario's alt costume
D) Luigi next to Lucas (notice how there's yellow hair next to him)

It isn't a character at all, it is a green koopa trooper shell.
If you look closely at it, you can see the black likes that define the sections of the shell and the white ridge that surrounds it.

Are you looking for a pic of Luigi, or looking to confirm him? I remember a video with Luigi in it with FLUDD. Luigi wasnt at the E for all obviously, but i saw it in a video, i just remember. you can find it on IGN for sure tho. he was on the Fire emblem castle stage with metaknight, yoshi, and i think Diddy Kong. So it was probably at E3 or something, but IM SURE it was not Mario.
