what kind of stuffs i can do to lucas grab releasing with the pummels?

Anything that has decent horizontal range and takes Less Than Ten Frames to Come Out

The most important are the walking grounded grab release chain grab, Dsmash, Ftilt, and Up-B.

You have to, like walk for 4 frames and grab, and it can't be buffered, so the timing is pretty tight. Doable, learnable, but thight still.
It's easier to Dash Regrab, but you slide way too much and are likely to get across the whole stage getting like 10% damage.

The best option for killing is the back hit of dsmash.
