How do you garuntee a hit with a short character with bair?? Seriously having problems, like the screen shows it went through but it does not connect like the line goes through the character but no connect.. wtf.. help please i failed tourneys because of this shenanigans

Seems like you might be having the problem that now occurs due to the fall speed increase Lucario got. If you try to short hop fair to bair, you'll see the animation for bair's hitbox come out...but the hitbox doesn't come out.

That's because the hitbox comes out on frame 15, Lucario lands from a short hop fair at frame 14. So it's literally 1 frame away from the hitbox coming out. Not much we can really do about this unfortunately.

yes u have to use it while fast falling but bair is safe on shield so dont worry
