Advice Looking for ultimate community in bowling green Ohio

I want to get into a competitive scene that hosts tournaments semi often, is there any type place in the surrounding area such as Toledo or in bowling green I can compete? I haven’t been apart of a tournament yet, but now that my semester is over I’m itching to compete.
