Looking for a Sheik main to train against

I don't know the matchup at all and i'm going to a tournament next week. I fought one good Sheik online and he/she destroyed my Ike but left after one match which really made me realise that there's so much to that character lol.

Sorry, but all I can say is.... there is not much an Ike can do to not get destroyed by Sheik.
Slow + easily gimpeble... it is a horrible MU for Ike.
