I am looking for a college to transfer into at the beginning of next fall. I feel absolutely lost about how to do this right now and need all the help that I can get. Right now I live in Kansas City, Kansas. I am majoring in music education. I play piano and trombone. I have been going to Kansas City Kansas Community college for the past two years.

This will affect the rest of my life, so any help would be appreciated.

You're going to be spending twice as much to go out of state usually. Just keep that in mind.

And the benefits of that rarely outweigh that. Very rarely.

Ah, another music major. Salut!
Well, I'm only aspiring to it yet....

Maybe you should ask your region board or something?

UNT does get a lot of praise here in Texas in regards to being a good musical school. However, do take into consideration the fees you'd have to pay for being out of state.

With that being said, if you've spent 2 years in community college, you hopefully should have some money saved up. Financial Aid can also help you + applying for random scholarships.

I know the Netherlands has some great schools. Ask Marc about them.
