Now, don't get angry because I didn't use the Search function to check to see if there were any other topics for this character, because to be honest, I know there are. WAAAAAYYYY Back in pages. The closest one I found was a more broad one covering all of the 'Tales of' characters, and I really want this one to be focused on one. Besides, the last one was on page three, even though I see no point in saying that.
Anyway, without Further adu, Here is my suggestion for Lloyd.
--
Lloyd is a character for the Gamecube exclusive(In the Americas. Re-released for the PS2 in Japan) game, Tales of Symphonia. An epic RPG spanning over sixty hours of solid gameplay, the game came to the RPG starved Gamecube, and is very popular among those who know about the series. It's battle system, however, is among the best in it's franchise, and what's better, is that it is almost custom tailored for Smash! Let's get down to the basics.
Speed: 3/5 - Lloyd isn't the fastest out there, especially compared to Fox or Sonic, but he is one of the fastest runners in the game.
Weight: 3.5/5 - I was going to go with a flat 3, but the fact he carries around two swords, sheaths, and some heavy looking dwarven clothing, Lloyd would be a bit harder to knock off the ledge.
Air: 2/5 - Lloyd didn't have a mid-air jump in his game, unless you count his mid-air recovery when the player is smacked hard. While he did have a good first jump, one can't see the heroic boy do much for a second jump, and his air game in his own game was sadly limited, albeit some strong single slices.
Ground: 5/5 - Lloyd's ground game is quite possible the best there is. While not exactly a powerhouse, Lloyd attacks quick and swiftly, an obvious choie for those who emply a hit and run tactic. Customizing the tilts on the ground led to some good combos in ToS, so why not let that carry over for Smash, as it's totally do-able.
Recovery: 2/5 - As previously stated, Lloyd doesn't do well for mid-air. But he does have some nice special attacks to choose from, a good one being (Psi)Tempest, which gives a little vertical recovery with a lot of horizontal. It's best to send Lloyd low to ensure a KO.
Now, I've never gone into extensive moveset before, but I shall attempt all the moves I can remember to do. Lloyd makes use of two blades, making a lot of opportunity to sneak in a second stab.
Ground.
A - Downward Sword Slash
A, A - Downward Sword Slash, followed by the second sword coming down.
A, A, A - Finish the combo by spinning around in a circle, one foot off the ground, in a helicopter fasion, landing neatly on the ground.
-> A - A strong slice with the right hand.
v A - A low Jab with the left blade.
^ A - a rising slash with one blade, depending on which way you are facing.
Smash -> A - Much like Link's over smash, Lloyd has a three step combo, leading up to a powerful third slash. There is no sweetspot, and the knockback is mediocre at best.
Smash v A - Much like his triple A, Lloyd would spin around, this time with his blades pointing down at a 45 degree angle. A bit hard to hit, Sweetspot on the tip. Good knockback.
Smash ^ A - Swings one sword up in a slash while bringing up the other one a moment behind. Finishes by pulling both swords down and stabbing straight up. A killer move, even at low percentages, although there is a lot of lag at the end. Very punishable.
Air.
Fair - A simple falling slash. Slight knockback.
Bair - A swinging slice with the right arm sword. Great knockback, good range, high priority. Probably the best killing move.
Uair - An upward drill, spiraling down. It would be best to use this move only when facing a single opponent and you are 100% sure you'll hit them with it. A lot of lag with high priority to start, but dabbles into very low priority with little knockback toward the end.
Dair - Faces downward and swings both swords under him for medium priority. A quick meteor.
Special.
B: Rising Falcon - I know I'll get some resistance for this, as many would prefer I saw 'Demon Fang', but as of so far, there have been no B moves that you cannot use in air, and the 'Demon Fang' is sparked by sliding the sword against the ground. Rising Falcon launces Lloyd in the air and sends him straight down at a 45 degree angle. Be careful with this move, as you could send yourself careening off the edge with small hope for recovery.
-> B: Tiger Blade - Lloyd jumps into the air with an upward slash, and returns to the ground, bringing his opponent(s) with him in a downward strike. Low knockback, quick to use.
v B: Beast - Lloyd gives the opponent a shoulder rush, stunning them, and delivers a powerful blast in the form of a lions face at his opponent. A powerful move, but very laggy.
^ B: (Psi)Tempest - A spinning strike. Lloyd basically curls up into the fetile position with his blades sticking out in both directions as he launches himself forward and slightly upward in a ball of spinning death. virtually no knockback, but a good damage dealer and a good move to recover with. Also good for a scenario where you need to run away.
Grabs.
Lloyd is very B-A. He'll stab his sword into you to grab you. Press the grab button again to stab them with the free sword. Only grab in the game to hurt you initially. He has some powerful grabs.
v Throw - Slams opponent on ground and delivers three hasty stabs, finishing with dragging his swords against the ground and swings them in an upward arc, tossing the opponent.
-> Throw - while holding the opponent on the blade, he slashes at them with a powerful swing, sending the opponent flying.
^ Throw - Throws the opponent skyward and send them up with a slash with the free arm.
Back Throw - Swing around and send the opponent flying off the sword.
Final Smash.
Falcon's Crest. (A.K.A. Divine Justice) - Lloyd calls upon the strength of his exsphere to deliver a crushing blow against his opponents that are caught in his attack. He strikes his opponent first, and opens a magic circle underneath hem, which damages the opponent greatly with blinding orbs of light. After that progresses, Lloyd crashes down with a powerful glowing strike and sends any opponents that were caught in the attack flying. Almost always a one-hit-KO.

So what do you think? I know the chances are slim, especially when considering the Subspace Emissary mode, but a guy can dream, can't he?
Anyway, without Further adu, Here is my suggestion for Lloyd.
