Level 6 AI

I am experiencing some real crazy crap with Level 6 difficulty AI. They are regularly beating Level 8 and Level 9 AIs and I, personally, am finding them a little more challenging than Higher level AIs as well.

Anyone else notice this trend? Perhaps it is just the matchups but was curious to hear other thoughts on it.
