ideas:
nc catfish (maybe with a picture or something idk)
isai don't get hit
stack it up (with some kind of picture. . . )

thinking like $10 a shirt

why is it that every time i see DJ advertising something, discussing how he never makes profits, or johning, i see Theo with the consecutive comment confirming its legitimacy to the public...

it's funny that you mention the shirts though cause i was thinkin of some ****.

like, one where the center of the front of the shirt is just a more zoomed focus of Falcon's nipple, and the rest of the shirt says nothing. (in different colors according to what costume, like the green costume has a background of a lighter shade of green and the pink costume has a different shade of pink in the background.)


i also wanted a shirt that incorporates "New New Skool", which describes some of our tech skill styles as players of this new generation of Melee.


but yeah i like the Stack it Up (lol just a picture of Wocka Flocka Flame), and catfish thing. i want it to have good design, though, or i won't buy it...

like im way below PP josh karn and definately Lozr seeing as he's right behind PP

Ali and Money Mike(both Falcon) were absent, and they're upper-tier smashers in NC. LoZR wasn't there as well, but you already know that.

Sheik isn't necessarily about spacing so much as knowing your options and making the most of your grabs and edgeguard opportunities. It's a very precise matchup I find.

Edit: Depends on whether you want to market to just ATL South or NC. If you don't care, then I'll be selfish and ask for a Stack It Up, since that's the newer thing and would probably sell better. Dunno what I would want on it though.....I'll think about it.

I don't think that's how copyrighting works.

If the design is good, then obviously no new shirts need to be made anyway lol.

Isai "don't get hit"s have been made a lot already, so I guess a Catfish one would be cool.

Also, HLS group. I'm dropping the character-specific thing because of the lack of participation and trying something new. Anyone that has videos should post them in the HLS group and we should critique them. More people critiquing, which can only help.

It's also a good incentive to get yourself recorded to learn from it. =)

the basics

PIVOT GRABBING is a total necessity, fox comes in with a shffl something, you run away, he lands, he lags, you pivot grab

Upthrow till ~20%, after that you can begin missing grabs due to slight DI, and around this percent also fox can begin shining out of upthrows, so keep in mind to pivot grab if your see slight DI

Uptilt at 28-32% and regrab, repeat till ~60 is what i like,


for da super easy killz
upthrow round 65-70, walk slightly foward, and depending on DI, land a tipper Fsmash for some total hardcore ****

edgeguard to victory

0-death the easy peasy way


this is almost borderline trolling, as many threads there are about this... and how common knowledge it is

That's most of the CG'ing basics anyway haha.

And I thought that slight DI was good the entire time, but best when you were below 20%. I heard shine out at 21% was when that worked, and pivot grabbing came next. After that, people get creative but I know M2K liked to Utilt regrab do a grab hit and then Uthrow again. He might have mixed in Uairs to catch their DI away for the Utilt and started spiking them after a certain % though. I forget.

thats fine and dandy but all that addresses is one way to potentially get grabs against a fox who choses not to space well and a watered down version of cg percents which should be known already

There is much more to the matchup than that

*especially if ur not on fd
