L-Cancel Flash Mod

I was watching a scar captain falcon video, and I saw that whenever he l-cancels, his character flashes green. I was wondering if anyone could send me a video link or directions that can help me.

in dolphin there should be a gecko code that makes you turn green upon a good l cancel. i use a different one that makes me turn red when i miss. in dolphin right click melee -> gecko codes and there should be a list if im remembering right. you might have to hit download codes or something. sorry that im a smidgen bit late.
